Hingle & Hingle Pty Ltd t/a These Walls services and products are provided subject to the following terms and conditions. Please ensure that you read the following carefully as it will be deemed that you have accepted these terms by visiting our site and purchasing from These Walls.

Lead Times
Please note that all our products are printed to order. The approximate lead time is 2-3 weeks print and dispatch from receipt of payment. This time can fluctuate depending on our job queue. Please ask for current lead times if your order relies on a specific turn around.

Payment Terms
The payment method through our online store and our invoices is processed via PayPal and includes Visa & Mastercard. For more information visit PayPal. Payments from an invoice or quote can also be paid by direct bank deposit (EFT).

Colour Accuracy + Quality Assurance
We print with the latest digital technology and are confident the colour accuracy between batches is very high. We do not guarantee 100% colour accuracy between different print batches and recommend allowing for 10% variation between samples and print runs. We reserve the right to change paper stock.

We do our very best to represent the printed colour of our wallpapers on our website as accurately as we can, however we are unable to control the colour settings of your monitor and the light in which you are viewing the display. If you’re looking to match our wallpaper to a specific fabric or a paint colour, you must order a swatch.

Delivery + Handling
All of our wallpaper orders are printed to order in Sydney and sent with the most suitable carrier depending on the delivery location. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery from dispatch / when we send you tracking information. If we have sent you tracking information and your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please get in touch and we will do our best to track it down for you.

In countries other than Australia or New Zealand, your order may be subject to the customs fees, import duties and taxes of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. International delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to customs clearance delays.

Samples: We ship all of our wallpaper samples free of charge. We use standard Australia Post for delivery within Australia. For International orders outside of the US, we use the most suitable carrier depending on your location. Due to Covid there can sometimes be a delay with timing which we are unable to control. For US Trade + Retail customers, please get in touch with one of our US showrooms and they will help you directly with your sample request.

When supplying delivery details please provide delivery contact name, address and contact phone number. It is important that this information is accurate for the delivery timeframe as we may not be able to assist with delivery redirection.

We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for transit or other delays outside our control.

Acceptance of Deliveries
Please ensure deliveries are inspected for obvious transit damage. Claims for damage in transit must be supported by your conditional acceptance of delivery receipt from the courier noting the damage which has occurred. Where deliveries are made to third parties, it is your responsibility to check that the order is supplied to your satisfaction. We cannot accept claims for making, installation or replacement charges where correct supply has not been verified installation.

Please refer to tracking information provided for estimated delivery date and where available - the option to sign for ‘Authority to Leave’. If you have not nominated for ‘Authority to Leave’, please ensure there is an adult available to receive the delivery, or it may be otherwise redirected. If a redirection occurs and there are resulting fees, these will be charged to the customer.

Refund Policy
Please check your wallpaper order as soon as you receive it. If it is damaged, or there is an issue - please notify us within 7 days by email with accompanying photos.

As all of our wallpaper is printed to order, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges. We suggest you order a sample to check if you like it before placing an order.

Warranty + Guarantee
We place the highest importance on supplying your order correctly and that it is of acceptable quality. If we have supplied it incorrectly or it is of unacceptable quality, we will either replace it with the correct item or refund the full cost of your order. Refunds/replacements/credits cannot be arranged until we are satisfied there is an issue. If it is damaged, or there is an issue - please notify us within 7 days by email with accompanying photos. We may require the order to be returned, in which case we will cover the related shipping cost.

Please check your order has been correctly supplied and is of acceptable quality before the wallpaper is installed. We do not accept claims for incorrect wallpaper or unacceptable flaws once the wallpaper is installed.

If your wallpaper has been damaged or lost in transit, and this has been verified by the courier company and in the case of transit damage, noted on the courier receipt you sign when accepting delivery, we will either replace your order or refund the cost of your order plus shipping. Our liability is limited to the original invoice value of the wallpaper. We do not accept liability for any consequential loss including but not limited to installation costs, additional building costs, delivery charges or other loss of profit

Security
When purchasing from These Walls, card details are transmitted through a secure server using PayPal. Card data is not hosted by These Walls after processing.

Privacy
Please be assured that These Walls recognises the importance of privacy. We will only seek information that is required to conduct our business. Your personal information is collected to enable us to process orders, deliver goods and/ or to inform you of special promotions. If you receive any promotional material from us and do not wish to do so, simply click 'unsubscribe'. These Walls will not disclose, sell or trade your personal information to any third parties, other than third party suppliers in the delivery of goods you have agreed to, or when legally required.

If this is breeched These Walls will seek further action. The contents of our website are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
